Refund and Transfer Policy

Refund Policy

Athletes who register in the first 90 days are eligible to receive a 50% registration fee refund by the deadline of 4 months prior to race day, or a 25% registration fee refund by the deadline from 4 months to 45 days prior to the event. All partial refund requests must be confirmed by the deadlines provided and requested via email to the event specific email.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Transfer

As an alternative to the standard refund policy, individual athletes registered to any Pabalhas events have the option to transfer their race registration to another athlete. Transfer requests into/out of an event must be made no later than 45 days prior to the event date.
